Many rumors have been circulating about the upcoming drone Mavic 3 DJI, but now a full picture of the model has been leaked, before its expected release in November. The leaks come from TechnikNews, the WinFuture and Jasper Ellens of DroneXL. They show what the new drone looks like from almost every angle and describe in detail the three different Mavic 3 packages that will be available, as well as the differences between them.
Previous rumors have it that the DJI Mavic 3 will have better battery life than its predecessor and USB-C charging, two cameras (one "main" wide-angle with a Four-Third Sensor and one with a telephoto lens). Today's leaks suggest that the drone will be released in both the standard DJI "fly more" package and a new "Cine" package. As with the current Mavic 2, the leaks say that the additional fly more includes extra cables, batteries, propellers, case and other accessories that you do not have with the standalone model. As we saw in two Mavic 2 models (Pro and Zoom), the Cine seems to have slightly different material and features than the original.

Unlike the Mavic 2 Zoom, which had a different camera unit, the leaks show that the Cine model includes additional internal features that will make it better at video capture. According to a leaked spec sheet leaked by Jasper Ellens, Mavic Cine will support ProRes, the video encoder recently released on the iPhone. The photos also show that it will be accompanied by the DJI Smart Controller, which includes a screen and is a new version with a different port configuration.
The specifications also indicate that the Cine model will have 1TB of internal storage instead of the 8GB included in the standard model (although both are said to support microSD cards). If the Cine package includes these upgrades, it is likely that its price will be much higher than previous models.
Ellens also hints that the DJI Mavic 3 will be released on November 5, with an image that appears to show a battery indicator, which reinforces the rumor that the next-generation Mavic will offer longer flight time. Earlier rumors had it that he would arrive on November 15 and that it would start at $ 1.600, the same as the Mavic 2. To see even more leaked images, take a look at DroneXL and Technology News.
