Like other sites, Google Search lets you turn on dark mode to make the whole search experience dark. In the following article you will see how to enable this mode in Google Search on both desktops and mobiles.
On your Windows, Mac, Linux, or Chromebook PC, you can use any modern web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Edge, to apply the dark feature of Google Search.
To enable the feature, first open a web browser on your computer. In the browser, access the Google site.
In the lower-right corner of the Google site, click “Settings".
From the menu that will open, select “Search settings".
On the Search Settings page that opens, on the left sidebar, clickAppearance".
You are now on the page "Appearance“. Here, in the "Enable or disable dark mode" section, select the option "Dark subject“. Then, at the bottom of this section, click “Storage".

Google Search dark mode is now enabled, and you will notice that the Google homepage and search results pages are now dark.
Dark mode is available on many devices, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac and even Ubuntu.
