The easiest way to replace fonts in your presentation is to use the tool “Font Replacement”. This will look for and replace all instances of a font used in your presentation.

To get started, open the PowerPoint presentation. From the tab "Home" on the ribbon bar, click the arrow next to the button "Replacement". In the developing menu, select “Font Replacement”.

By the window “Font Replacement”, select the font you want to find and replace it from the drop-down menu "Replacement".

Select the font you want to use from the drop-down menu "With" and then click "Replacement" for verification.

The "Font Replacement" tool will automatically search for your presentation and replace the fonts by applying the settings you chose. When done, click the button "Closure".

You can repeat these steps to replace other fonts, or use the Slide Master view to replace fonts used by template presentation.

Using the Slide Master
While the Font Replacement tool offers the fastest way to replace fonts on the slides of your presentation, you can also change the Slide Master template to customize your fonts. This will ensure that any additional slides you create also use the new font.

This will only apply to text boxes that match one of the Slide Master slide templates. Any additional text (in custom text boxes) will not change, so you should use the Font Replacement tool.

To get started, open the PowerPoint presentation and select View> Slide Master.

In the view “Slide Master”, click on one of the slide templates to see them.

To edit the fonts used by your template, select the button “Fonts”, listed on the tab “Slide Master” on the ribbon line.

Select the new font you want to use from the drop-down menu “Fonts”.
