Editing a presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint can be time consuming, especially if you have multiple slides. If you want to easily and quickly change the font throughout your presentation, you need to use the tool “Font Replacement” or change it Slide Master template. Using the Slide Master
While the Font Replacement tool offers the fastest way to replace fonts on the slides of your presentation, you can also change the Slide Master template to customize your fonts. This will ensure that any additional slides you create also use the new font.
This will only apply to text boxes that match one of the Slide Master slide templates. Any additional text (in custom text boxes) will not change, so you should use the Font Replacement tool.
To get started, open the PowerPoint presentation and select View> Slide Master.

In the view “Slide Master”, click on one of the slide templates to see them.
To edit the fonts used by your template, select the button “Fonts”, listed on the tab “Slide Master” on the ribbon line.

Select the new font you want to use from the drop-down menu “Fonts”.

This will update the font used in the PowerPoint Slide Master template. Click the button “Close main view” to apply the changes. This will update the font in any text box that matches your slide templates. Any other fonts (such as those in custom text boxes) will remain unchanged, so you may need to repeat the steps or use the tool "Font replacement".
