How to turn off blood oxygen monitoring
You can turn it off monitoring of blood oxygen from the "Settings" application on Apple Watch. Make sure you see the watch face of the Apple Watch and press Digital Crown. From the application gallery, open the "Settings" application.

Here, scroll down and select the "Blood Oxygen" application. Click toggle next to “Blood Oxygen Measurements” to turn off the function.

Now, the Blood Oxygen app, along with the "readings" in the background, will be disabled.
How to delete Blood Oxygen app from Apple Watch
After disabling the blood oxygen monitoring function, you may want to delete the same application.
Tap Apple Watch Digital Crown to open the app collection. Here, press and hold the "Blood Oxygen" application.

Now, press the small "X" button at the top of the Blood Oxygen application, then select the "Delete App" option.

If you use list view, swipe left in the Blood Oxygen app, press the "Delete" button, then select the "Delete App" option.

The Blood Oxygen app will now disappear from applications you.
How to turn off Blood Oxygen Monitoring on iPhone
You can also turn off blood oxygen monitoring function using the Watch application on your iPhone.
From the "My Watch" tab in the "Watch" application, select the "Blood Oxygen" option.

Then press switching next to "Blood Oxygen Measurements”To deactivate the function.
