Microsoft is investigating a recently discovered issue that causes deleted messages to reappear in the mail inbox of Outlook.com accounts.
The exact reason behind these emails that cannot be deleted from Outlook.com is not known, but the company says it is working hard to find a solution.

Connection issues resolved
Earlier today, Redmond fixed another issue that triggered it appearance of "503 errors" when users try to access Outlook.com, OneDrive, SharePoint Online and Power BI.
Further investigation of the current issue found that it only affected specific consumer services, including both Outlook.com and OneDrive.com, with some users They may also have problems accessing SharePoint Online when trying to sign in to a visitor account.
"When attempting to sign in to Outlook.com, users may see various error messages indicating that the service was not available, as well as delays and timeouts that resulted in 503 errors," the company said.
The Microsoft investigation later found that the errors were caused by insufficient infrastructure and fixed it by rerouting Outlook.com traffic to an alternative infrastructure.
