How to change your movement, posture and exercise goals
To change your Apple Watch activity goals, first launch the Activity app on your watch. You can do this either by clicking on the “Activity ring complication” in the current Watch face or by clicking on the Digital Crown and locating the Activity application in the main menu.
With the app open, you should see the current goals represented by three colors and three rings. If you do not see the activity ring, swipe right until you see it. Now scroll to the bottom of the screen (either with the Digital Crown or using your fingers) and tap "Change Goals".
You can now customize each target in order, starting with the Move target. Use the Digital Crown or on-screen buttons to adjust the value accordingly preferences your. Click "Next" and you will be able to customize it goal of Exercise in 15 minute steps. Click "Next" once more to adjust your goal to Stand, at intervals.
The ability to change Exercise and Stand targets was added to the Apple Watch with the arrival of watchOS 7 in September 2020. Before that, you could only change the Move target.

Add an Activity Ring to your Watch Face
Adding an Activity ring to your preferred Watch face is the easiest way to track your goals. This is one of the most versatile complications in the Apple Watch and can be characterized as a small tricolor ring or larger element with detailed analysis of activity you.
With the current Watch face currently on the screen, press and hold until you see the "Edit" option appear at the bottom screen. Click "Edit" and drag to the "Complications" interface. Click on a free space and scroll to Digital Crown until you find the Activity ring.
You can also add an Activity ring to your iPhone if you wish. To do this, unlock your iPhone so you can see the Home screen. Press and hold an icon until all icons start shaking. In the upper left corner of the screen, click the "+" icon.
By default, the Apple Watch will set a default target in Move based on your height and weight, as well as your age and gender. Should customize the goal to reflect the goals based on your physical condition and current way of living you.
