While Microsoft 365 subscribers can collaborate in real time on a PowerPoint presentation, some prefer to work on their own. See below how you can see what changed when the presentation returned to you.

To follow the changes made by the Microsoft PowerPoint presentation reviewer, you will need these two things:
- A copy of the source file
- A copy of the revised file
With these two, go ahead and open the reviewed file. Once you open it, go to the "Review" tab, then select "Compare" in the "Compare" group.

Now locate and select the source file that contains the original content before the review. After selecting it, click on "Merge".

Once merged, the window “RevisionsWill open on the right side of the PowerPoint window. This window contains all details of the differences between the source file and the processed one file. If a particular slide has no changes, PowerPoint will tell you in the "Revisions" window and even tell you which slide the next set contains changes.

If you are on a slide that contains any changes, I will appear in the “Slide Changes” box of the “Revisions” window.

By clicking on line appears, a box containing all changes made to this particular content will be displayed.

You can see which ones changes were made by whom and you can decide to keep its content source or accept the changes by selecting / deselecting the box next to each item in the changelog.
If you want to bring the content in this block back to the source content, check the box next to "All Changes to Content Placeholder 2."

Repeat these steps for each slide that contains changes to the Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.
