Change the username on Twitter using one web browser on computers, Poppy, Linux ή Chrome is a simple process. First, you need to connect to Twitter.com using any web browser. On the sidebar of the Twitter site, click the missing button (three dots in a circle) for more options.

In the menu that appears, select "Settings and privacy".

In the settings, click on "Account" and then at "Username".

On page “Change username”, click on the text area "Username" and enter the new username you want to use. As you type, Twitter will let you know if your username has already been downloaded. Keep trying until you find a unique one. Then click "Save".

How to change username on iPhone, iPad or Android?
In smartphone and tablets like iPhone, iPad and Android, the process of changing the Twitter username is similar to that used on the Twitter.com site. First, open the Twitter application on your device. On a smartphone, tap the image avatar in the upper left corner of the screen.

In the sidebar that appears, press "Settings and privacy" on iPhone and Android phones.

On the iPad, press the missing button (three dots in the circle) on the sidebar and select "Settings and privacy". In unit “Settings and privacy", go to section Account> Username. On page “Update username”, tap the text field labeled “New”. If it asks you to confirm that you want to change your username, press "Continuity". Enter the new username with the on-screen keyboard and press "End".

After updating your username, it sometimes takes a few minutes for the change to take effect. If your Twitter friends do not see the change right away, they may need to restart it applications on Twitter or reload the Twitter site to see your new username.
