Function "Sleep TrackingIs available in all Apple Watch Series 3 and newer. This is a function that monitors your ear habits while wearing your watch. However you have to set it up properly if you want to use it.
To get started, open the application “HealthOn your iPhone.
Then click on the “KATEGORIEN”And then press“Sleep".
Now you can plan your sleep routine. Having a set schedule helps Apple Watch to start monitoring your sleep activity. It also sets an automatic alarm clock to wake you up in the morning.
Click on “Full Schedule & Options".
In unit "Full Schedule", Press"Set Your First Schedule".
Choose which days of the week you want to use this program and then set the "sleep" and "wake up" hours.
If you want to set your alarm clock, you can do so at the bottom. When done, press “Add”Top right.
You can set as many apps as you want for your Apple Watch. Just select “Add Schedule for Other Days".
When you have finished adjusting your schedules, scroll down and set the settings.Sleep Goal","Wind Down" and "Wind Down Shortcuts“. To continue, press “Options".
You can then activate the settings you want in the menu “Sleep Mode"You may want to enable the options"Turn On Automatically" and "Track Time in Bedwith iPhone".
