The optional Windows 10 KB4577062 update has been released

As expected, Microsoft released the first batch of September Optional Updates for Windows 10. The Optional Update is available for Windows 10 version 1909/1903 and includes general bug fixes and non-security enhancements.

Microsoft also noted that the optional update will not be installed automatically on your device, so you must manually select "Download and install" on the Windows Update page.

As with any Windows Update, you need to open the Settings app and click Windows Update to install updates of the code. If you have many computers or you do not want to do the process manually, read more details here.

If you are using Windows 10 version 1909 or 1903, you will receive KB4577062 which will allow Internet Explorer 11 send an update on the end of Adobe Flash support in December 2020.
