The Google Keyboard app can be used as the default app for all languages on your smartphone. Multiple languages can be used by following the steps below.
Step 1: Open Settings. Then go to Language and Import. There is one icon with the gear you need to press. Located behind the default keyboard application. You can then click Input Languages.
Step 2: You can go to the list of available languages. There you can select the language you will need from the list.
Step 3: Go to Google Keyboard settings. There you can turn off the Use Language function.
Step 4: You can now open any messaging application. Below the space bar you can find the Globe icon. You can click the Globe icon once. This will help you to change the language. This can be done without use third party applications.
