The protective case is an accessory that is manufactured for external use in electronic devices (Mobile, tablets, etc.). These products are made to withstand water and fall to the toughest soil. However, over time, a case becomes dirty and needs to be cleaned and re-tested to remain viable. To clean your case and keep your cellphone protected, wash the case with soap and water and wipe the phone (or tablet) with a cloth.
1: Wipe the powder with a cloth. During daily use, you will not want to wash the case every time it gets dirty. In these cases, use a soft cloth. Take a cloth with warm water and then use it to wipe the surface.
2: Rinse dirty water. Immediately after contacting the case with unclean water (eg chlorine-treated pool water), rinse it in a tap. Use cool water to rinse the entire case so that no dirty water remains. This protects the case when you do not have time for cleaning with soap.
If you do not intend to clean the inside of the case and you are sure it is safe, you do not need to remove the phone.
3: Wash with soap. First, make sure all doors are closed. Apply a little soap and then rinse with warm water. Do this deep cleaning every time you see stains that do not come out with a simple wash or at least every three months.
4: Dry the case. Remove moisture. For faster drying, gently wipe the case with a cloth. Otherwise, leave the tray on a napkin away from direct sunlight. Use only microfiber cloth on the screen so that the screen does not scratch.
1: Take out your cellphone. Use the plastic that comes with the case to separate the two halves from one of the corners. If you don't, use a coin. Keep your phone away so it won't get wet.
2: Rinse with soap and water. Again, apply soap on the case. Apply it with your finger or a cloth. Place the case in lukewarm water or flush it under a faucet. Make sure you clean the corners well.
3: Dry the pieces of the case. Remove as much moisture as possible, and then wipe it with a soft cloth. To air dry, leave the pieces on napkins away from direct sunlight.
Water safety test
1: Remove your cellphone. The test should be done before contact with water, after a bad fall or every three months. So we're looking at the ability of the case to hold water out, so if you haven't already removed your cellphone to clean the case, do so now.
2: Dip the case. Make sure the case is closed, as is the charging port. Keep the case under water for about 30 minutes. You can place something heavy on the case to hold it down.
3: Wipe it out. After 30 minutes, clean the outside of the case. Use a dry cloth. Make sure all the water is gone so that nothing gets in.
4: Open the case. Use the plastic wrench or coin to open the corner of the case. Separate the pieces of the case. Check for leaks well. If the case is completely dry, you can place the phone inside.
1: Check the doors. The charging port, the camera and the headphone jack both in the case and on the phone they gather dust. It is a good idea to clean them every time you open or observe them, using a soft cloth.
2: Wipe the surfaces of your cellphone. The pockets usually come with a microfiber cloth, but this can also be found in a general retailer. Use only cloth that is suitable for glasses, jewelry and electronics, as they will not scratch the screen. Make sure the cloth removes all dirt and dust before placing your phone in the case.
3: Close the case. Place your device at the bottom of the case. Then, place the top of the case above it, and then finger-press around the edges to secure the case tightly. Before you finish, check that you have cleaned all the dirt and dust. If you have forgotten any points, they will appear on the screen or stick to the charging and camera ports.
