This feature is actually very helpful, as it can automatically fill in a URL that you just started typing. That is, from the very first 2-3 letters it can suggest corresponding URLs. However, this process can be problem for you.
There is always the chance to still suggest one address URLs you no longer use, visit it at random, or decide you don't like it. We must not forget, however, that this automatic filling in of addresses may also betray sites which you are visiting. So if you're worried about your Chrome privacy or any of the above chances, you can now avoid it.
Manual deletion of nominees URLs.
It's definitely the simplest way to delete suggested URLs. To do this, start typing the address, select it and press Shift and Delete. It is simple, but not possible for more than 5-10 addresses. It is also temporary.
