OTE: New international IT project, for ENISA and Cedefop

The OTE Group undertook, through an international open tender, the service of support service to IT issues for the European Center for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) and the European Union Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA). Specially trained teams from the OTE Group will provide IT support first level services (1st level), in English, Helpdesk, Telecom Audiovisual to Cedefop's employees in Brussels and Thessaloniki and to ENISA's Athena.
