Opera for Android blocks annoying cookies notifications

OperaThe popular browser version of Opera for Android devices, has received a new one updated version, which prevents the appearance of the annoying Cookies and Privacy Policy notifications that were introduced as part of its new policies GDPR.

To enable this feature, all you have to do is go to "Settings", Choose"Block ads"And notifications of annoying cookies will never be displayed again!

Note, however, that by selecting this option you agree that you accept all cookies by default, so you can no longer choose which of the cookies you want to access.

This feature is based on a combination of CSS and Javascript crawling under Opera. However, at this time, we are not sure if it applies to all cookie notifications.

The latest update brought a shortcut to the Home screen, allowing users to access many other features such as QR scanning and browsing and browsing more easily. The shortcuts feature is compatible with Android 7.1 and later versions.

To use this feature, tap and hold the Opera icon in the home screen, then select the desired features.

In addition, a new global text setting has been added next to the text wrapping feature, allowing users to choose the text size according to what suits them.

Opera for Android with the aforementioned features is now available through the Google Play Store.
