We never thought there would be a mobile with 8gb ram, as we never thought we would need a laptop with 128gb ram. But Lenovo did this miracle and announced Lenovo ThinkPad P52 at the conference NXT BLD. The laptop will be sold with 128gb ddr4 ram, 6tb storage space and will be ready (virtual reality ready).
The ThinkPad P52 will be equipped with an 1080p 15.6 inch screen. The processor will use an eighth generation 6 Intel Xeon, and will be accompanied by a Nvidia Quadro P3200 graphics card, a rather unusual combination for a handheld device, as its weight will be about 2.5 pounds. As for connectivity, it will have three USB ports 3.1, two thunderbolt ports, an HDMI 2.0 output, a mini DisplayPort 1.4, an SD card reader, WI-FI, Bluetooth and 4G LTE.
How much will cost a laptop like this? Although Lenovo has not announced the model's official price, we are sure it will be "bumpy"!
Keep in mind that while these will be the best specifications for this laptop, there will also be lower configurations estimated to cost about 1.000 dollars. The company has already announced that this particular model will be sold with one of the five available operationally. 1) Windows 10 Pro, 2) Windows 10 Pro, 3) Windows 10 Home, 4) Ubuntu, 5) Red hat Linux.
While an average user can not make the most of such a machine, there are niche markets that require powerful mobile workstations such as the Think Pad P52. Such systems are required in large projects of AI programs or the like.
