Vimeo lets you play 360 degree video, but you can not even upload live streaming.
After Facebook and YouTube, the Vimeo, albeit a bit slow, fully supports 360-degree videos as well as playback them in various ways either from its website or from iOS and Android applications. You can watch videos in either monoscopic or stereoscopic mode - the latter of which means you'll be able to watch videos properly wearing a VR headset.
At present, all VR headphones are not supported except Google Daydream, Samsung Gear VR and Zeiss VR One. Soon Oculus Rift and HTC Vive are coming to the list.
Watching these videos is quite simple. You can click on the video and drag with your mouse to look across the horizon or if you have a smartphone, you can simply swipe your finger around the screen. You can also use your computer trackpad to get around, and there's also a handy little compass that shows from which degrees how you "see" the landscape. Clicking on it will return the video to the default view.
