As much of you know Samsung has already released her Android 7.0 Nougat update on Samsung S7 and S7 edge smartphones in many countries. More recently, the update was also made available to them Galaxy S7 phones at Verizon, the latest major provider of updates to such smartphones.
Samsung said the update will reach Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge by the end of February, but this has never happened. The giant in his defense said the information would be delayed to come as they want to revise its quality.
Maybe Samsung wants to fix all the possible errors that may arise to make the update as user-friendly as possible. The company did not reveal when we should wait for the new upgrade, but it is definitely not going to be too long.
Note that there are many manufacturers who have delayed updating their devices on buggies, one of which is Sony, which has completely stopped updating Nougat for Xperia devices and will probably reinstall it later.
The Galaxy S6 and S6 edge have closed two years since their launch and it is argued that the Nougat update will be the latest to meet on these models. While Samsung will continue to release security updates for both mobile devices throughout 2017 and later, we will not have a new Android system update.
Update Android 7.0 Nougat is expected to reach Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy A3, A8 and Galaxy Tab S2.
