Samsung Turkey has just unveiled a list of devices that will receive Android 7.0 updates Nougat updates, along with the approximate date that this will happen. The list includes a plethora of Samsung smartphones and tablets.
Samsung Turkey has unveiled a list of 20 smartphones that will receive Android 7.0 Nugat updates this year. The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are at the top of the list, noting that 7.0 Nougat has begun running in February of 2013. At this rate, by the end of this month, Galaxy S7 and S7 edge smartphones in most countries will have been updated.
Next on the list are the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge that will receive the update on February 27, followed by Galaxy Note 5 on 6 March and Galaxy S6 edge + at 13 March.
With regard to tablets, Samsung plans to bring the update for the Galaxy Tab S2 Refresh, Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Tab A with S pen 10.1 inch and 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab A. These tablets will receive the update update from in July of this year. Apparently the upcoming Galaxy Tab S3 will have pre-installed 7.0 Nugat.
The timetable for Nugat updates will vary by region, but these dates should roughly coincide with other European countries. 7.0 Nokt update should bring battery improvements to Samsung devices as well as multiple support windows, new quick response features and improved Always On Display features in what phones support it.
