So far, we have witnessed stories with clients who get sick electric shock from routers that they threw in water, CDDVD drives - coffee cups, floppy disks saving files in years 2016, «playwrights"Directors, board members, watching spicy movies and of course these are just the beginning!

We look forward to your own stories, which will be posted in order of priority because we have not been able to put them all together in a single publication!

Stories from the ramparts: The customer is NOT always right!

Some time ago I was working as IT support to a small company that had as clients that you can imagine. One of the customers was a 24-hour restaurant-cheese-patisserie-berger which you ate only under the threat of a gun on the temple. Of course, like a 24-hour shop he wanted a 24-hour business support, where, of course, the worst happened night. It rings the phone and I hear the voice of the responsible / employee / cleaner "Cash does not work". So I start from the basics asking if she is taking some error on the screen and stops me saying once again: "Cash does not work" - it's all I hear from the phone. Well, I think and try to connect remotely. I am doing ping the server in the shop - no response. So now I understand that something is happening to him server. I tell him there is a problem with him server and I ask him if he knows where he is. He tells me "Yes" only "Yes". "Nice" I ask "you can go to server? ". Answer: "You want to go to server? ". "Yes you have to go to server to check some things. "Answer:" Yes, but it's in the basement. " "Yes it is right server in the basement but you have to go to check some things. "

Ten minutes later, I persuaded him to go to the basement. Then I started to tell him what exactly he is server, which could be etc and everything was answered OK. I am waiting. I understand he's still looking, after 2-3 minutes I ask him if he has found it server. The guy plays them completely: "Yes? Who is she? "I think I'm crying now. I'm a bad man talking to you for half an hour! I explain to him who I am and that he has called me to help him with the cash machines and finally I ask him: "You found him server? "And what answers me:" Yeah server is in the basement. "

Half an hour later, he had not yet found him server. He may not even have descended to the basement. The cashiers still do not work and I still have no response from the other side of the phone. After 5 minutes did not answer the contiguous "Yes? Does anyone hear? "I shut the phone.

And for those who are interested, I am currently working as a scavenger and I am a happy person!
