Facebook is testing a weather reporting service

Facebook is experiencing a new feature for UK residents about weather alerts.

Some of its users Facebook in the UK they can see updates about the weather that will prevail in their site through the application running on Android and iOS. That is, they show cards with a greeting similar to the time of the day, a brief description of the weather, a cover image and a link to find more information.

By clicking on the link they see the temperature at the current time as well as the maximum and minimum temperatures within the rest of the day. A second link takes them to Weather.com focused on the weather in their area.

The new feature should logically appear on all mobile phones around the world as soon as its testing is over.
